✨ Arm balances have always been my favorite postures.
When I first started practicing yoga, I used to obsess over them until I finally nailed a pose 💪🏽🧘🏽♀️. Over the years, I’ve learned to be more patient with my body, to let go of perfection, and to enjoy the journey 🌱.
There were times when yoga; especially arm balances, became my therapy. After a hard day or tough moment, I’d get on my mat and move through these shapes. They pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me find strength and healing 💜.
That’s the magic of yoga: it can be soft and relaxing 🌸, or it can crack your heart open in the best way 💫.
