💐 Moms have been taking care of our health long before we ever understood what “wellness” meant 💚

They were the ones reminding us to drink water, eat our vegetables, take our vitamins, and rest when we were sick.
The ones making soup when we didn’t feel good.
The ones who always somehow knew when something was wrong.

And even now… they still take care of everyone before themselves.

This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the women who taught us that health is love.
