💗October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and we want to bring this month’s walk back with a BANG!

💗Unfortunately, almost everyone can say they know someone who has battled breast cancer, and when it hits someone close to you, you can’t help but want to fight alongside them.

💗So please come join our VMAC family to support all the ones we love, the survivors, the fighters, and to honor all those we may have lost.

💗The weather is going to be beautiful so bring the whole family, kiddos, and friends!

💗Wear as much pink as you can so we can light up the park in support of our loved ones.

This past Saturday we hosted our March Walk With A Doc with special guest: Gastroenterologist Dr. Henry Herrera!

In honor of colon cancer awareness month, Dr. Herrera stopped by to share his knowledge and answer any questions pertaining to gastrointestinal health. 🩺🥼

Thank you to everyone who made it out and we even had some cute little creatures join in on the fun! 🐦‍⬛🐿️

❤️This month’s focus is all about Heart Health!

We will have multiple guests this month:

-Cardiologist: Dr. Jeremy Enslein will be joining to answer any heart-related questions you might have. Dr. Enslein is board certified by American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine with certifications in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.

- Dietician: Iliana Gonzalez will also be in attendance to discuss how diet and nutrition play a vital role in your heart health.

-Physical Therapist: Dr. Joey Cadena, DPT, FAAOMPT, SGX Fellow, American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists will be joining to share how staying active can reduce your risk of a heart attack and high blood pressure, significantly improving your heart health.

Last but not least, we will have Noro Nordisc representatives, (Also known as the Ozempic Reps) in attendance for any questions you might have regarding diabetes.
