En estos nuevos segmentos de COCINANDO CON AMOR 💜💚, un grupo increíble del equipo de Health & Wellness Cookware, en colaboración con Happy Healthy Valley, te trae recetas saludables que son deliciosas, fáciles de preparar y llenas de nutrición, sabor y color… además de tips de cocina y esas historias que se cuentan mejor alrededor de la mesa.⁣⁣⁣

Hoy, Maru, Karla y Patty te presentan una receta que enamora desde el primer aroma:⁣⁣⁣

🍗Pollo Tikka Masala⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
📝 Ingredientes:⁣⁣⁣
• 1–2 tazas de pollo cortado en cubitos⁣⁣⁣
• 1 taza de calabaza moscada en cubos (cono #2 o #3)⁣⁣⁣
• 1 cebolla roja en cubitos (cono #3)⁣⁣⁣
• ½ taza de tomate en cubitos⁣⁣⁣
• 1 frasco de curry Tikka Masala Patak’s⁣⁣⁣
• 1 lata de leche de coco⁣⁣⁣
• 1 taza de champiñones en cuartos⁣⁣⁣
• Cilantro para decorar⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
👩‍🍳 Instrucciones:⁣⁣⁣
1️⃣ Precalienta la sartén a fuego medio-alto y cocina el pollo.⁣⁣⁣
2️⃣ Agrega el resto de los ingredientes y cocina a fuego medio-bajo durante 20 minutos.⁣⁣⁣
3️⃣ Decora con cilantro y sirve con amor ⁣⁣⁣
