Auricular Therapy with pellets is so convenient because you are able to keep the pellets or magnets pressing on a point for a whole week. Needles are only momentarily I find that pellets keep the point activated longer. For instance if you are doing the point to stop cravings or stop pain or sleep better this last up to a week.
