We understand that conflicts may arise in your schedule that may render you unable to keep your appointment. d. Patients are responsible to cancel their appointment 24 hours prior during office hours. Laser Derm is closed on Sundays; therefore if your appointment is scheduled on a Monday, it must be cancelled before 5pm (closing time) Saturday. Only patient getting a service is allowed inside the treatment room unless the patient is a minor, a legal parent or guardian may accompany the patient while getting treated. Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to appointment; failure to cancel within the required time will result in a fee of $25.00 being charged. A No Show is considered failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment, a fee of $35.00 will be applied. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as other clients.
