We understand that conflicts may arise in your schedule that may render you unable to keep your appointment. Therefore, Please contact Laser Derm to provide a require verbal notice of cancellation given no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. (No email, message or text cancellations are accepted.) Our texts and calls are a courtesy reminder of your appointment and not guaranteed. Patients are responsible to cancel their appointment 24 hours prior during office hours. Laser Derm is closed on Sundays; therefore if your appointment is scheduled on a Monday, it must be cancelled before 5pm (closing time) Saturday. Only patient getting a service is allowed inside the treatment room unless the patient is a minor, a legal parent or guardian may accompany the patient while getting treated. Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to appointment; failure to cancel within the required time will result in a fee of $25.00 being charged. A No Show is considered failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment, a fee of $35.00 will be applied. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as other clients.
