Happy 90th Birthday to Guadalupe Perez!
She was so happy to have spent her day with many family members who came to McAllen Nursing Center to celebrate with her. We were so excited to host this event. Ms, Perez has been a long term resident here and we are so happy for her and her families loyalty.

Mr. Rincones has been under skilled nursing and wound care services since December, working toward a meaningful personal goal of attending his daughter’s wedding. Through consistent participation in therapy and close collaboration with the wound care team, significant progress was achieved. Interventions focused on strengthening, endurance, and optimizing wound healing to safely tolerate prolonged sitting. As a result of his dedication and the coordinated care provided, he was able to be up in a wheelchair for several hours and fully participate in this important life event. This outcome reflects both his commitment and the effectiveness of the interdisciplinary care plan at McAllen Nursing Center.
