Just a suggestion: let the oomph in good music πΆ compell you to move. Follow that feeling for just that one song.β±
You can do it when you hear a really good rhythmπͺπ₯, or when you turn one on because you need a minute to invigorate yourself or to shake it off, or when you want to reach out to your kiddo, β πΆ π π« π your partner, your friend, your parent or the whole group.
Your cortisol, π¨ π cholesterol and anxiety will go down, you heart β€π will get both stronger and lighter, your smile π will brighten your eyes π π β¨, your waist will get thinner, life will be filled with more fun and good memoriesπ¬, your connections will have more ease and be bonded in joy rather than only in struggles.
So shake your groove thang πͺ πΊ πΈ π€ when the mood to move strikes you, even a little bit. Breathe. Let them think you a bit cooky or wild and go grab your kiddo or your roomie. Your may feel your heart rate heartbeat π , but it's 3 to 5 minutesβ . Drink water afterπ§ π.
