Our Story

The Behavioral Effect as an organization is made up of clinicians and staff who entered the field of behavioral sciences understanding and assuming the responsibility of their multifaceted role as caregivers, educators, therapists and advocates of those most in need in our community. We take pride in doing our best to raise awareness and to participate in community activities motivated by the idea of inclusion with a view towards securing the equal opportunity and treatment of children with ASD at school and as members of our community. Our roots lie here in The Rio Grande Valley and it is this sentiment along with a sense of purpose in helping families in need that has made our behavioral center a reality.
