🌙 Transition Update 🌙

Okay… I’ve been avoiding this post for long enough.

I’m officially no longer at Bespoke Wellness Center. This isn’t a goodbye... it’s just a growth spurt. I’m not closing my business, just in a season of transition and reformation as I align with what’s next.

I’m still taking clients... everything is just by appointment only right now as I'm in a temporary spot while I am in search of a new space.

I’m no longer offering manis or pedis (obviously since I’m not at Bespoke), but I am opening up to a space for new ceremony-style sessions that reflect how my work has evolved.

I’m so grateful for my time at Bespoke... it gave me a foundation to build from and helped me see what I truly want to create. And as usual, when expansion calls, I move forward.

Here’s to what’s next... something new, something bold, something brilliant. Co-creating with Guss.

I’ve walked through the dark corners of my own soul... the parts that whispered I wasn’t enough, that love had to be earned, that silence meant safety.

I didn’t just study how to heal them… I became the experiment. The student and the test subject.

Shadow work isn’t about pretending the pain never happened.
It’s about letting it speak.
It’s learning the difference between healing and hiding... between surrender and self-abandonment.

Through my own journey I’ve discovered:
💫 how avoidance can disguise itself as “spiritual growth”
💫 how to actually feel instead of just think about feeling
💫 how to balance divine masculine structure with feminine flow
💫 how to integrate the shadow instead of fighting it
💫 how to embody healing instead of intellectualizing it
💫 how to regulate the nervous system so the soul can rest
💫 how to let go with grace instead of fear

These lessons didn’t come from a certification or a book... they came from life itself.

Every breakdown became a teacher.
Every ending, a portal.
Every “I can’t” eventually turned into “I am.”

That’s why I’m qualified to guide others through their shadows.
Not because I’ve mastered the light… but because I’ve made peace with the dark.

🌑✨ Eclipses close doors and open portals ✨🌑

This eclipse season isn’t just about shadows crossing the sky... it’s about shadows crossing you. Old cycles are being completed. Loops are breaking. And in the cosmic shake-up, there’s an invitation to step into the next version of your life.

But here’s the truth: you can’t love the new world if you haven’t learned how to love you.

🪐 Sir Isaac Newton showed us that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Spirit echoes that truth: the more love you give yourself, the more love you have to circulate outward. Without grounding in self-love, we keep orbiting the same old loops. With it, we finally launch into new space.
