Stepping back from the news isn’t about being uninformed…it’s about protecting your peace. 🌿

The constant stream of headlines is designed to grab attention, not nurture well-being.
When we consume it nonstop, our nervous system stays on high alert. Stress builds. Sleep suffers. Anxiety lingers.

It’s okay to:
• Check the news once a day instead of every hour
• Turn off push notifications
• Take a full weekend off from headlines
• Choose deeper sources over doom-scrolling

Staying informed can be helpful. Staying overwhelmed is optional!

Give your mind room to breathe. Go outside. Call a friend. Read something that inspires you. Your mental health deserves the same care as your body.

Log off. Unplug. Reconnect with what’s in front of you. 🤍

As the Year of the Snake comes to a close, we leave behind a cycle of deep introspection, shedding old skins, uncovering truths, and learning hard but necessary lessons. The Snake asked us to slow down, look inward, and confront what was hidden…within ourselves and our lives!!

Now, we welcome the Year of the Horse!! A powerful shift in energy.
The Horse brings movement, freedom, courage, and forward momentum. Where the Snake was quiet and internal, the Horse is expressive and action-oriented. This is a year that invites us to trust ourselves, take aligned risks, and move toward what feels alive and authentic!

✨ This transition is a reminder:

• Healing turns into motion
