They specialize in Akaushi, a Japanese bred cattle whose beef contains a higher amount of monounsaturated fats relative to saturated fats. This can lead to lower cholesterol, the prevention of coronary disease and weight loss. Akausi beef is also known for its renowned marbling, delivering prime ratings and served in high-end restaurants across the country. Every cow is tagged, DNA tested, and entered into the database at The American Akaushi Association. This association sets this breed apart in the industry.
