Embracing Hearts Healthcare was so proud to sponsor The iCARE Foundation’s First Annual Turkey Trot Walk, Run, and Roll. They are raising money to build a fully handicapped, adaptive playground for our area so the entire community can have a place to come together.

We also had the best time participating with our children in the Walk of Champions. The Walk of Champions gives our special friends a chance to cross the finish line!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative team. This role involves managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, office management experience, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing calls
Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems using digital tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings
Handle correspondence, proofreading documents, and preparing reports as needed
Support bookkeeping tasks
Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring positive interactions
Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate office management tasks
Support administrative projects such as document organization, proofreading, and data entry tasks
Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining organized records
Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous
