➡️ All Physician Offices & Outpatient Services will be CLOSED
This includes: Patient Access, Financial Services, Advocates, Community Wide Scheduling (CWS), Imaging, Lab, Respiratory, Rehab, IV Therapy, Wound Center, and Medical Records.
Our Emergency Department remains open 24/7 to provide care when you need it most. Team Home Health has a Nurse on call.
As we honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, we wish you a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend.
