Job Title: Front Desk & Optical Sales Associate (Part-Time)
Employee must be available Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm as schedule will vary.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, driven, and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Optical Sales Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping patients look and see their best.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
• Assist patients with frame selection and optical product recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after appointments
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations
• Verify patient information and assist with check-in/check-out
• Answer phones, handle inquiries, and support daily office flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical area

Qualifications:
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, reliable, and driven to succeed
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (optical experience a plus, but willing to train the right candidate)
• Basic computer skills
