Gearing up for mental health awareness in May and celebrating with the kickoff of our postpartum support group! This group was so special to me last year and I’m so excited to offer it again!

This monthly support group begins May 12th!

✨Topics include:
•Maternal mental health
•Managing routines and relationships
•Stress reduction and anxiety management
•Mom rage
•Infant development
•Infant massage and more!

This is a baby friendly group, but you can also come alone-whatever YOU need! ☺️

✨Postpartum Support Group

I’m feeling oh •SO• excited to offer a postpartum support group! This is a baby friendly class, but moms are welcome to come alone as well!

It takes a village and moms not only need support through their postpartum journey, they DESERVE it!! Supporting mom shouldn’t stop once the baby arrives, and it definitely should include more than a 6 week check up! 🫶

Join me for a •FREE• 4 week support group every Thursday in March from 12-12:45, at .llc

Special guest .sleepconsulting will be joining us March 21st to talk about infant sleep and answering any questions you have! 🤗
