I have some openings in group classes that would be great for newbies!

The Monday class is gentle and slow paced, and great for newbies. We work on strength, flexibility, posture, and balance, but we take it slow! There are 2 spaces available in this class.

The Thursday class is beginner level- not as slow paced, but it is still fairly gentle. This class would be great for those brand new to Pilates as well. There are 2 spaces available in this class.

-My classes are on a reserve basis. This means that you commit to coming every week to the same class, except of course if you are out of town, sick, etc. I just ask that you let me know if you will not be in class. Your spot is reserved until you tell me otherwise!
-Payments options: Pay each time, or pay your account balance a month at a time. Your choice!

• 8 Week Workout Plan •
Then Katie shifts the focus to exercise, 🏋🏻 where she will create a personalized 8-week workout plan that clients can follow independently.

• To ensure success, this program includes monthly check-ins for 6 months after completion. During these check-ins, Katie will offer additional coaching on healthy habits like:

✔️ and providing accountability for any other challenges the client might face.

✨ New Coaching Format! ✨

I have been working to revamp my Online Health Coaching Program this year! In fact, I knew when I started my first group of beta testers that I would continually be improving and changing the program. This is the biggest change yet. Here are the main improvements...

👉 Change from 12 weeks to 6 weeks
Why: The most intensive coaching is in the first 6 weeks, while the following 6 weeks of material could be better digested with monthly check-ins. Shortening the time commitment and cost for my clients!

👉 Custom 8 week Workout Program
Why: Clients that have completed the program seem to do better sticking to a workout routine when it is clearly defined and laid out ahead of time. After 8 weeks of consistent workouts, it is much easier to go on your own... or just start the 8 week routine over again!

🌟 Have you heard?? 🙊 …earlier this week I announced the name of the new studio I am opening in Elevate’s NEW building later this year!!

To celebrate, I’m giving away one of the best yoga mats on the market- it’s the Manduka Pro mat, in black (because that’s my teaching uniform these days 😆). These puppies are grippy, thick, and dense, which means a great practice surface for your joints. And they last forever! I’m still using my first Manduka mat from 9 years ago!

PS: I will have these mats available for purchase when the new studio opens, and there is a small selection available at Farrells, as well!

I am so excited to announce that I will be expanding my little “Katie Farrell Yoga & Pilates” studio into a full fitness studio, called — 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐭 𝐂𝐨! —🤗 The new Studio will open with the new Elevate building that is currently under construction! 🏗️ 🚧

The new studio will include…
- More Group Pilates classes
- Group yoga classes
- HOT yoga 🔥 🔥
- other Group Fitness classes!

As Elevate Fit Co, I will continue to offer…
- Private Pilates Training
- Small Group Pilates Training
- Online Health and Nutrition Coaching

The group fitness class schedule will include varied class levels and types, as well as both room temp yoga and hot yoga classes. Class times will include early mornings, midday hours, lunch hours, evenings, and Saturday mornings!

To see my little business go from a one-woman training model to a team of instructors with varied fitness classes is both thrilling and humbling. I am so thankful to all my clients that have supported me so far and allowed me to grow my little gig into a full fitness studio. I am also honored to be a part of the Elevate Wellness team and am blessed to have this opportunity and their support… LET’S DO THIS!! 👊

✨ Another Sourdough Class! ✨

The last class in November had a wait list, so we decided to put on another one- so if you missed the last one be sure to sign up for this one! I'll include the link below.

Sourdough can be very intimidating to start but I promise it is NOT hard once you've been doing it a while... Let me prove it to you! I'll have dough for each step of the process so you can see what to do from start to finish. You'll also get a live active starter so you won't need to bother buying a dehydrated starter and spending weeks trying to get it going!
