We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. We’re searching for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys helping patients feel welcome from the moment they walk in the door.

✨ What you’ll do:

Greet and check in patients

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Assist with insurance and paperwork

Help keep the front office running smoothly

✨ What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Previous experience in a medical office is a plus (but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!)
