Ayurvedic Treatment:
One of the many ayurvedic treatments performed is called Shirodhara; Shiro meaning "head", and Dhara meaning "coming down in a stream". This treatment is performed with the client laying on their back. A jar with a slow pouring spout at the bottom hangs above the Client's head. The therapist allows a slow stream of oil to fall on the client's forehead and over the scalp. This treatment helps balance the central nervous system and quiet the mind.

Unified offers a treatment much like this called "Hydra-dhara", using a nutrient enriched water rather than oil. Very Relaxing!
