Understanding Sin
Saint Paul’s letter to the Romans contains his clearest teaching about our slavery to sin and how we can be set free. Here are some of the things he teaches us:

We are all sinners. We were created to live in loving relationship with God and with others, and none of us do that consistently. Some sins are worse than others, but comparing sins is useless before God. His standard is holiness, and none of us measure up to it.

Knowing what is right does not set us free from sin. Some of us might know God’s law better than others, but this by itself does not help us become better people. This is why some people hate religion so much—they see religious people who can quote the Bible or the catechism, but who are still sinners. But the law was never designed to set us free from our sin, but only to make us aware of our sin.

There is a battle between right and wrong going on inside every one of us. We can know what is right, and still not do it. We can even want to do what is right and not do it! Sometimes we do the very thing we hate. This is because there are two things going on in us at once. In our deepest selves we want to do what pleases God, but there is something within us that keeps us doing it, that draws us into disobedience. This constant battle caused even Saint Paul to cry out, “Miserable one that I am! Who will deliver me from this mortal body?” Our problem is not that we don’t know right from wrong, and it is not that we don’t want to do what’s right. Our problem is that we are fighting against a power within us that we cannot overcome. We are slaves to sin. We need to be set free!

Only Jesus Christ can set us free from sin. We need a power greater than our own to overcome sin. When we are “in Christ” his power sets us free from sin. The law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus sets us free from the law of sin and death. Thanks be to God! We’ll focus on this in our next two studies.

Stop, think and pray:

Let’s think about the places in our lives where we have fought against sin…and lost. Let’s acknowledge to God that we are not able to win these battles. Let’s reaffirm by faith that our baptism placed us “in Christ,” and let’s ask for the Holy Spirit to break the power of sin in those tough areas of our lives.

Introduction, My name is Jacquelyn Bego I have completed my IHP lvl 2 and I am so proud to be part this journey. I have been through some unbelievable challenges. Turning tragedy to great outcomes. I have a person trainer for over 20 years, battles with Crohn's and Autoimmune for over 18 years. I found this world and Dr. Cabral in 2019 but in 2020 it saved my life when a wonderful and inspiring client who is an IHP (she knows who she is)🥰 convinced me to buy a lab with a gift card.
The results where a unicorn rare and uncommon. It set me down the path of testing and protocols from off the chart food sensitivities, to Candida overgrowth, extreme toxic mold and hormonal balancing. I was my 1st client and put my lvl 1 into practice during all of it and doing the protocols.

I almost completed my lvl 1 and was 3 month out of completing my 2nd round of my mold protocols. When I was involved in a horrible car accident with my 3 boys. My 8 year old son tragically passed away. I know I would have never survived if I didn't have my health and my coaches to help guide me.

I have grown so close to this community and the people in it have truly meant the world to me. I am so grateful for the knowledge and the wisdom I have gained. I can't wait to help others woth the level 2 certification
To truly show them what their body is doing on the inside.

During all of this, when became clean and sober is when I didn't know feeling this good was possible.
I heard God speak to me in my life and called my his. This mindset of growth spiritually has been what my body needed to obtain the help I was working so hard for but didn't know I could have peace and joy amongst the anguish.

I am now heading on the path of Catholic Integrative Health Practitioner and Personal Trainer. I hope to help people know how important having God in there life with the blessings that science advancements can change your life for the better.
I have e purchased my insurance and now that my 2 boys are in school. I look forward to launching this part of my life.

Please join The Bego Family for the 1st Annual B-Rex Family Kickball Tournament!

Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Location: Bego Softball Field at Cathedral High School

All net proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the Bradford Bego Memorial Fund, which was created in partnership with St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church & School. Proceeds will go towards the current and future Eucharistic Adoration efforts at St. Louis de Montfort, which helps to facilitate encounters with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.

Team Information:

One entry per team. If you don’t know your player names yet, that’s okay!

The team captain may sign up on the team’s behalf and share names at a later date.

Each team should be comprised of (12) total players with a maximum of (4) adults per team.
Each team gets to create their name & theme – feel free to get creative!

It will be 3 years since Bradford's passing. We have done unique ways of celebrating his feast day as a fun day and celebrating his life. So this year we wanted to invite all of his family and friends to participate in a day of kickball. We are raising funds for the Bradford Rex Bego Memorial Fund. This is the first time ever creating something like this, but its intention is to have a wonderful day that all the kids and families can play together remembering our forever 8 year old.

Being a Catholic Integrative Health Practitioner and Trainer.

There is a lot of ground to covet when working with a client and walk through an health wellness, and daily routines, history, genetic disposition, lab testing, spiritual and faith,... and it goes no.

In the integrative health world is a murky place to be when when you are blending many practices from around the world, when alot are tied to mindset and spiritual practices.

It's easy to get lost and actually start practicing things that you didn't know you were doing that can lessen you spirit health for the short gains we feel. Lifestyle changes can take years to be disciplined enough to get in to practice. These is alot of mental and spiritual healing, that only God can mend too.

Know this!
You are 100% able to heal yourself, bc you are wonderfully and beautiful made as you are right now. Say it til you believe it!

Healing is the grace of God's ability to our mind, body, and spirit.

We need so know when when it's spiritual guidance and how to walk that line when we feel desperate.

We are all capable to healing.
Let God take the wheel.
You are capable of peace.

In this way, having a coach and someone you can talk you and prays for you is so key.

It does not have to be a coach. It can be a great friend or loved one. But please reach out and ask yourself what does 2024 look for my wellbeing with God. Ask them to pray for you everyday and make a packed to pray for each other.

Give him a year. I promise the fruit will not be in vain.

You don't need to be catholic if God is calling you. Just reach out. And take a step closer to him.

We are not designed to do this alone.
