10 years ago, I had to learn how to walk again.
Not just physically — but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
This video shows me in physical therapy… still showing up, still rebuilding, still rising.
Because life didn’t stop after that first fall — it kept happening. Again and again.
But so did I. I kept healing. I kept choosing to rise.
🧠 Reminder: The challenges you face are just opportunities in disguise.
I know what it means to start over.
I know what it means to carry pain and still move forward.
That’s why I offer Resilience Reset Coaching — for people who are tired of surviving and ready to rebuild.
Because your story doesn’t end here — it transforms here.
📩 DM me “RESET” to talk about your own reset journey.
Let’s rise — together.

As I step into this new year, I'm setting clear boundaries to prioritize meaningful connections. If you've reached out without a greeting or kind words, I've taken note.

As I look back on my transformative journey from New Jersey to a fulfilling 20-year Air Force career that spanned continents and states, ending in retirement at 38 in Georgia, I’ve gained profound insight: home is wherever I choose to anchor my spirit.
Initially, I chased global adventures, believing sharing them wurg my loved ones would amplify their joy, but life’s challenges taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and self-discovery in the absence of loved ones.
I then poured my energy into building businesses, only to find myself misaligned with environments that compromised my values of integrity, healing, and service.
This led to a period of introspection, where I struggled to recognize myself and felt isolated.
Yet, in those depths, I discovered my most profound lesson: embracing my true self.
In a moment of clarity, I realized I had the power to rewrite my narrative, shed external expectations, and reveal my authentic self.
Letting go of past limitations freed me to tap into my inner strength and align with my purpose. The journey hasn’t been easy, and some paths were lonely, but I’ve learned that true fulfillment lies in honoring my vision and values.
I’m now driven by an unwavering commitment to live and lead authentically.
As I embark on a new journey, taking me global once more, I’m dedicated to guiding others who seek healing and leadership direction.
If you’re seeking clarity on your purpose but feel uncertain, let’s discuss how to strategically move forward.

I’m planning my retreats for next year and I want to hear your voice before I lock anything in.

If traveling with me for growth + clarity sounds like something you’d do in 2026, comment YES.

Strong doesn’t always mean supported.

Leadership can be isolating before it becomes impactful.

How do you build support in your life?

Christmas Eve doesn’t always look like movies and matching pajamas.
Sometimes it looks like quiet.
Reflection.
Deep breaths.
And choosing peace over pressure.

Tonight, I’m honoring presence over performance.
Rest over rushing.
Truth over tradition.

If today feels tender for you, you’re not behind — you’re human.

What does peace look like for you tonight?

24/12/2025

Peace isn’t avoiding conflict.
It’s choosing alignment.

What alignment are you choosing right now?

Some seasons require distance to gain clarity.

What did stepping back reveal for you?

20/12/2025

Leadership evolution often means outgrowing environments and conversations.

What no longer aligns with who you’re becoming?
