🔥 Heat Safety Reminder — 🌡️ With these extreme temperatures, STAY AWARE!

•Stay hydrated 💦
•Wear appropriate clothing
•Seek shade or air conditioning during periods of extreme heat.

If you suspect heat exhaustion, move yourself or the person to a cool place, provide fluids, and cool the body with water and fanning. For heat stroke symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.

☀️ The National Weather Service forecasts hot temperatures and humidity to continue though the weekend with temperatures in the mid to upper 90s and heat indices above 100.
