⏰Gradually adjust sleep schedule: A few days before the time change, gradually shift your bedtime and wake-up time by 15-20 minutes each night to ease your body into the new schedule.

⏰ Prioritize morning light: Get exposure to natural sunlight soon after waking up to help set your internal body clock.

⏰ Maintain a consistent routine:
Stick to your regular sleep schedule, even on the weekend, and try to keep your bedtime and wake-up times consistent.

February is Heart Health Month. When we think of chiropractic care, we don’t necessarily think of how it may benefit our heart.
But the truth is, it can have huge benefits to our cardiovascular health.
The reason being is that a healthy heart is dependent on proper nervous system function. Chiropractic care supports and regulates the nervous system, allowing for optimal function.

Posture and spinal alignment have long been connected to cardiovascular health and nervous system function, which we know to be interrelated. The spine and the position of the head, neck, shoulders, and ribcage all play a role in the function and efficiency of other bodily systems and organs. So when they are compromised, it can create a strain on these organs and functions.
Chiropractic care for cardiovascular health is largely related to the therapeutic effect on the spinal structure.
