National Park #19, site 184.

I survived The Narrows, a hike my dad has wanted to do for a while. The water was cold, but not unbearable.

Definitely the most crowded park I've been at in a long time. The poor people at the middle shuttle stops kept having to wait because the shuttles were full.

I need an specialist. How do I add a dart here? But not have it affect the sleeve?

It's the biggest complaint I have about shirts I buy- between my bust and my short stature, there's always extra fabric in the upper chest area.

I didn't like any of the emergency kits I found online, so of course, I made one. Sometimes, you have a minor emergency, and many kits don't cater to that.

Here's a sample of what's it in:

Electronics emergencies (power cords and wall charger), health emergencies (band aids, cpr mask, otcs, bleed stop, narcan), fashion emergencies (earring backers, hair tie, needle and thread, safety pin), clean up emergencies (tissue, chlorox wipe, p**p bag), personal emergencies (deodorant wipe, sunscreen, toothbrush, period products), weather emergencies (poncho, hand warmer), and emergency cash.

And because I'm a pharmacist, the poison control center hotline. Plus, the su***de hotline.
