I want to publicly thank a couple of beautiful friends that showed me unconditional love and support today when I really needed it ❤. Alisha (Solara Waves Sound Healing Studio) and Abbey Lane, thank you for being there to lift my spirits when I was getting down on myself. I have so much gratitude for you two 🥰.

See, as a person who is usually in a position of helping and supporting other people, I can forget that it's ok to ask for and receive that in return. We all need our crown adjusted (thank you for that, Alisha 😊) occasionally. Man, I have some INCREDIBLE people in my corner!!!
