Open Monday—Tuesday — Thursday—Friday by appointment She is the second, third-generation Chiropractor in her family.

Dr. Rachel Miller graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2022 from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She is very passionate about helping her patients get out of pain and get back to doing what they love. Dr. Rachel is Webster Technique Certified, which is a specific adjusting technique that is used to evaluate and correct pelvic dysfunction during pregnancy. She also uses Manual adjusting Techniques combined with SOT and Activator methods.

Welcome Karina to the team!
Karina joined Tast Chiropractic back in July as an Administrative Assistant. It's was a busy summer and she has been such an incredible help! You will see Karina mostly on Monday's and Friday's with some Thursday's. She is assisting with billing, scheduling and answering the phone. We are so very lucky to have her!

McGregor Fire Department will have a beer garden set up this Saturday of Wild Rice Days from 10:00- 5:00 courtesy of Buckhorn Bar and Grill. We will also have an open house with brats served following the parade. The $10,000 cash raffle winners will also be drawn after the parade.
Come show your support, bring your kids to tour the fire trucks, have a great meal and ice cold beverage and enjoy the great Wild Rice Days in down town McGregor.
