Dr. Corey treats his patients in a highly conscientious, knowledgeable & competent manner. At Frontier Chiropractic, we have four (4) IL Licensed Massage Therapists whose purpose is provide Therapy that compliments Chiropractic Care. We are proud to say that we offer Therapy during all of our office hours by way of these four committed staff members! Our therapists come to us highly credentialed. In addition they are provided additional certifications and coursework throughout the year and also receive monthly training in-house. Licensed Massage Therapy can relieve aches and pains, increase range of motion, facilitate chiropractic adjustments, and aid in the overall Wellness process. We participate with many PPO insurance plans, and see cash patients as well. Our fees are as follows:

First Visit = $100 ($45 Exam + $55 Chiropractic Treatment)
Chiropractic Treatment: $55.00
Massage Therapy: 60 min = $75.00

If you haven't heard, the USPS has changed the way it applies postmarks. Mail is now postmarked the day it arrives at the processing center, not the local post office where it was received. This will translate to a delay of one or two days, which can matter for mail with deadlines, such as property tax bills and vote-by-mail ballots. However, you can ask for a same-day postmark at the counter.

We'll remind you of this when taxes come due and during election time.
