Telling your partner about an unplanned pregnancy can be overwhelming, but you're not alone! Here are some steps that might help you start the conversation:

💜 Prepare yourself emotionally - Take some time to gather your thoughts and reflect on your feelings. It's okay to feel nervous or unsure, but try to be clear about
what you want to say and how you feel. Be prepared for a range of emotions from both you and your partner.
💜 Choose the right time and place - Pick a time when you and your partner can talk without distractions. Make sure you’re in a private, comfortable setting,
where both of you can have an open and honest conversation.
💜 Be direct and honest - While it might be tempting to avoid the topic or downplay it, it’s important to be upfront. Let your partner know that you need to talk about something important.
💜 Know your options - You don’t have to have all the answers right away, but know that you have options and be prepared to discuss those together.
💜 Seek Support - If the conversation feels too difficult to navigate alone, or if you need help discovering what your options are so that you can have a clearer
conversation- reach out for support!
