During National Volunteer Appreciation Week, there’s no better time to make an impact. Our 1:1 Literacy and Math tutors help individuals with Down syndrome build confidence, master essential skills, and grow in independence.​

Kitchen Kids was full of fun and learning last night! 🍓

Our participants explored the difference between healthy and less healthy snacks and how to make good choices. Then they got hands-on, cutting fresh fruit and creating their own fruit kabobs—a healthy and tasty treat!

Such a special night with our Fantastic Friends! 💜

Our group surprised volunteers Ashlyn and Bipin with a baby shower and gender reveal—our participants had so much fun decorating onesies for the baby and taking turns pulling the piñata… surprise, it’s a boy! 💙

Moments like these remind us what a special group this is. Thank you to Ashlyn and Bipin for sharing this with us, and a big shoutout to Tina —our program lead and proud grandma!

We were honored to be selected as the nonprofit sponsor for ’s 15th Annual Marketing Challenge!

Over 60 students from 7 high schools brought forward creative ideas to help grow and sustain support for our Playhouse—an incredible display of talent, thoughtfulness, and heart. Thank you to the students and teachers for your hard work, and to the local business leaders who served as judges and made this such a meaningful experience.

Congratulations to all who participated, and a special shoutout to Team 3 (1st), Woodstock High School Team 2 (2nd), and Team 1 (3rd)!
