🌟 Team Spotlight: Miranda Hornby 🌟

Today we are giving a HUGE shout out to Miranda Hornby, the incredible leader of our Shepherd Premier Senior Living of Elkhorn, WI

Since joining SPSL on December 9th, 2024, Miranda has poured her heart into transforming the Elkhorn house into a true home. Her dedication, leadership, and genuine care shine through in everything she does. She isn’t just running a home she’s building a warm, welcoming community where residents feel safe, valued, and loved.

Why she loves this work:
“I love being able to make a difference in a senior citizen’s life — making them happy and taking away their worries.”

And she does exactly that every single day.

Fun Fact:
She “never lets the sky fall.” And if you know Miranda, you know that’s absolutely true! She handles challenges with strength, grace, and positivity.

Favorite Part of Her Day:
Coming into work, serving lunch, and hearing about the residents’ day. It’s those meaningful, simple moments that make the biggest impact — and Miranda treasures them.

Our hearts are heavy today for everyone impacted by today’s fire, especially the teams at Riverside Bakery and Reese’s Barkery and Pawtique! These businesses are more than storefronts they are part of the heartbeat of our community.

Riverside Bakery, holds a special place in our hearts. Every meeting we’ve ever hosted has been made warmer and more welcoming because of their donuts, and that kindness has never gone unnoticed.
