If you mastered those heel raises on the ground from one of my last videos, here’s the next challenge.

Lace up your shoes and get to a step. Start with holding onto something and focus on controlling your range and speed.

Try two legs up and down.
Two legs up and one leg lowering down.
Then try single leg up and down.

I’m not a huge fan of new year’s resolutions.

⏰ ANY TIME is a good time to make a change!

A change in mindset. A change in habit. A change in activity. A change of pace.

🤔 ANY TIME is a good time for reflection.

This year I am looking forward to spending more time with family. Spending time listening to my body- to rest or to move or to just be. 🧘‍♀️ 🌲 👧🏼

Make sure you can do the basic two leg, and then try the progressions.
