I don’t know about you all, but I’m a visual person.

Wrestlers, runners, and others alike will love this for:
✔️ opening hip flexors
✔️opening abs and obliques
✔️opening chest
✔️engage/activate glutes
✔️engage/activate back extensors
This anti-sitting exercise is both challenging and modifiable. Work with what’s a comfortable stretch for you.
You have the option to perform 10 reps slowly and continuously alternating sides for a dynamic warmup OR 4 reps and hold for 30 sec on each side 🦂

I have been SUPER pumped to have the Alter G in clinic!
I’ve shared a pic or two in the recent past but I wanted to share some video of the antigravity action to give you a better idea of how it works 🏃♀️
