McKeesport’s 9th Street Clinic, a free primary care clinic serving uninsured adults, has a new home on Fifth Avenue in downtown McKeesport.

The 9th Street Clinic will be seeing patients at the painter building located at McKeesport Hospital. Thursdays from 1-7 . Calls and prescription requests will still be taken at 412-664-4304. Signage available in lobby to direct our patients.
We look forward to continuing to care for our community.

Clinic update:
Starting next Thursday, the clinic will be seeing patients out of a clinic area in the Painter Bldg at UPMC Mckeesport. Patients should park in the painter parking lot, proceed up the ramp to the elevator, and up to the 3rd floor. Exit the elevator to the right and enter the waiting room. Signage will be visible to help direct you. Calls and prescription requests will still be taken at 412-664-4304.

Clinic Update:
Due to unforseen circumstances, the 9th street clinic will be closed until further notice. We are actively working with area agencies to find a temporary location to continue to care for the community. For this Thursday, we will offer telemed/video visits from 3-630 pm. Anyone interested should call the clinic at 4126644304 and leave a message. We will call you back with directions and an appt time.
If you need to be seen in person, we will accept walk in visits from 4-630 pm at Latterman Family Health Center. 2347 Fithh Ave
McKeesport PA 15132.

The 9th Street clinic would like to congratulate all of the 2022 Family Medicine Residency Graduates! It was an honor to have you all collaborate with us over the last 3/5 years in the clinic! With that being said we are pleased to welcome this years interns to the team. We cant wait to see you all grow with our team!

We will be hosting the UPMC vaccine clinic tomorrow from noon to 3pm. Anyone looking for their COVID vaccine can stop by. Insurance not needed!!! Be prepared to sit 15 minutes after getting your vaccine. Hope to see you all there!

Our facility will be open tomorrow with limited availability. No ppds or lab services will be available.There will not be a community meal! Last patient will be seen at 4pm. Please call our office with any questions. If you have symptoms or have been notified of an exposure: please do not present to the office. Our recommendation is that you get tested.

HHS has partnered with pharmacy and retail companies to accelerate testing for more Americans in more communities across the country.

The 9th Street Clinic would like to thank:
McKeesport Community Garden. This year they donated a significant amount of various gift cards for our patients suffering with food insecurity. This group is helping to feed the community even when the ground is frozen!

The clinic will be open both Dec 23rd and Dec 30th. Our hours will be adjusted to allow the volunteers time to enjoy this season with loved ones. All patients must be checked in by 4pm both days. If there are any questions, please feel free to give our office a call.

The 9th Street Clinic will not be open next Thursday in observation of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Normal hours resume the following week.

Effective November 18th 2021:
Due to Federal Regulations, The 9th Street Clinic is not permitted to see patients with Insurance (including medical assistance). This includes work physicals and TB shots. We recommend that these patients schedule an appointment with their P*P.
