In his new role, Patrick partners with our Chief Operating Officer to develop long-term strategies and advance operational effectiveness in contracting, staffing, budgeting, analytics, physician relationships, service line implementations and strategic planning.

He brings more than a decade of leadership experience across clinical and operational roles, including COO, Interim CEO, and Compliance Officer at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital.

We had a meaningful conversation focused on priorities from patient-first care to operational excellence necessary to sustain healthcare delivery in rural and mid-sized markets.
