✨ Community Invitation | Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest & Renewal ✨
Tomorrow evening, Thursday at 7:00 pm (Pacific Time), I’ll be offering a 60-minute Yoga Nidra in my Virtual Bliss Shala (Zoom), and members of this community are warmly invited to join.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down or comfortably seated, designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity. This particular practice is offered as a gentle pause at the threshold of a new year—an opportunity to let go of striving and allow a heartfelt intention to arise naturally.

You’ll be guided through relaxation, breath awareness, gratitude, and a quiet inner journey, all held in a supportive and accessible way. Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and deeply nourished.
