Another block of grey oysters looking mighty fine. I love using these for omelets with a little basil and jack cheese. Maybe a little Bacon on the side 😉.

Some beautiful snow oysters. These are super tasty sautéed with some garlic and served alongside a blackened swordfish filet.

Harvested a few Grey Dove oysters this morning. I sure love these. They produce very nice big fruits and they are absolutely delicious!
