Laura Anderson is a Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer that has a passion for helping others, and she loves to see people succeed. She was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Texas with her husband in 2017. She spent the first 10 years of her career working in Diagnostic Imaging; providing hospitals, clinics, and medical offices with the latest in technology, equipment, and service for better patient care. In 2019 she embarked on her own personal health and wellness journey that completely empowered and changed her life. She went on to become certified in nutrition and fitness through Precision Nutrition and the National Academy of Sports Medicine and continually expands her knowledge of health through nutrition and fitness to help others accomplish their own health and wellness goals.

In her free time Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and taking their two dogs: Noah and Grace for long walks; she also enjoys church, running, lifting weights, cooking, and reading.
