We are changing our office hours! Starting Tuesday, September 16th MOVING FORWARD we have new Tuesday / Thursday office hours from 2:30 - 5:00pm.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday remain unchanged. We are excited for this new season for Elevation!

Josie struggled with jaw pain, popping, and lock jaw for over 5 years! She struggled to eat because of the pain. After seeing several specialists, spending hundreds of dollars, and lots of time in a dental chair, her seemingly only option was facial reconstruction surgery to relocate her TMJ.
