My coaches surprised me for my birthday today by decorating the center. It was totally unnecessary, but gratefully received. They are truly the 6 most wonderful women I know, each with their own unique talents, and all an important part of our team. I am so blessed.

Our team celebrating Bob Kiser's100th birthday on May 27 (Memorial Day).

Bob is a WWII vet and founding member at our center who attended his sessions every week for a little over 2.5 years.

He hit all of his triggers on every machine and was a total ray of sunshine while doing it.

Sadly, he recently moved away. It was an honor to serve him and we miss him already. He was truly one of a kind, the good kind. ❤️
