Life is so busy. I thought it was Thursday until almost 6pm. This sent a message to the team chat like, hey, are you all coming to practice. No coach Jeff we thought practice was on Thursday. Me 😳. Welp with 5 siblings, I’m sure my Zora needed the one-on-one time!

However, your has the greatest affect on fertility. Do a systems check. Is my heart healthy? What can I do to naturally improve my skin (rashes, dryness)? What foods and supplements are good for my endocrine system? What do the numbers that calculate kidney function look like, especially BUN and Creatinine and how can I improve them.

Stop drinking soda, alcohol, coffee, very low sugar intake, no smoking.

IT’S FREEDOM FRIDAY
Let me share a little story with you...

My sons best friends mom, who is now my business and accountability partner, introduced me to the travel business a year ago, and for a year I had said no.
