Hello everyone. This post is to inform you that the McKinney location of Girls to Women/Young Men's Health and Wellness will be permanently closing on June 28th. This decision was very difficult to make, and we appreciate each and every one of you who has allowed us to be a part of your care for the past four years. Dear Patient,

I regret to inform you that Girls to Women/Young Men’s Health and Wellness McKinney will be permanently closing on June 30, 2024. This decision was very difficult to make, and we appreciate the support of our families and patients over the past four years. We will be available until June 30, 2024 for office visits and medication refills.

Patients may continue care at Girls to Women/Young Men’s Health and Wellness Dallas. Their office will have access to your medical records for treatment continuity. Please call their office at (972) 733-6565 or visit www.gtw-health.com for more information.

Dr. Shanna Garza will be moving to Salience Health McKinney and will start seeing patients age 16 and older in mid-July. She will no longer provide outpatient care of eating disorders. Please visit their website at https://saliencehealth.com/ or call (469) 379-8222 for more information.

All medical records will be maintained at Girls to Women/Young Men’s Health and Wellness Dallas. Please send all requests for medical records by fax to (972) 733-6564. The medical record release form is available at www.gtw-health.com. Upon receipt of the signed medical record release, Girls to Women/Young Men’s Health and Wellness Dallas will send medical records to the provider of your choice.
