Yesterday was a powerful day of growth for our team 🤍

Danielle, Audris, and Tiffany spent the day advancing their skills in breast drainage and deep abdominal lymphatic drainage. These techniques are designed to support healing, reduce inflammation, and help the body move fluid more efficiently.

Huge thank you to Dr. Aisha with Pivot Physio for joining us at our Sip & Shop and offering pelvic floor screenings to our community.

I am certified in sports therapy, IASTM, FMT, deep tissue, trigger point, pregnancy along with extensive training in advanced myofascial release, myoskeletal therapy, cupping, and kinesiology taping.
