We celebrated the Indianapolis 500 this past weekend! We enjoyed an Indianapolis 500 themed Happy Hour, complete with car races. Our resident engagement coordinator shared her families tradition, and we picked out an Indy Car driver in hopes of our driver being the winner! Our BIG winner was Ms. Tina! She picked Alex Palou, who won his first Indianapolis 500.

Take a look at our Batiks! The residents did a great job! First, we filled in the images with color, and then, we crumbled the paper up, painted black over the whole image, then washed and dabbed the excess water and paint with a paper towel. They turned out great!
