Cryo N More, LLC is a Cryotherapy Wellness Clinic. Cryotherapy benefits include athletic recovery, increased energy, flush of toxins from the body, increased metabolic rate, improved skin clarity and health, reduced signs of aging, improved post-surgical recovery, improved sleep quality, and decreased pain and inflammation throughout the entire body. Clients will stand in an open air chamber from the neck down. They will experience 2-3 minutes of extremely cold, dry air that is very invigorating. It is not painful and is much more tolerable than icing or a traditional ice bath/cold plunge tub. Most clients experience an immediate impact within a few minutes of exiting the unit. These responses are due to the increased blood flow back to peripheral tissues and the almost immediate endorphin rush. Some clients do not experience an immediate result but do so the next morning after they have mixed in a night's sleep. Additionally, we will offer Normatec compression therapy and comprehensive client specific nutrition plans.
