Hello all,

The CDC, FDA, public health officials in several states, and the Infant Botulism Treatment and Prevention Program are investigating a multistate outbreak of infant botulism connected to recalled infant formula. Current data suggest that ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum and has been linked to infant illnesses. On November 8, 2025, ByHeart Inc. recalled two lots of its Whole Nutrition Infant Formula.
