When it comes to healing PCOS, it’s easy to get caught up in the numbers on the scale. But true progress goes far beyond weight loss. Here are signs you’re on the right track, even if the scale isn’t budging:

✨More Energy: You’re no longer dragging through the day and your need for caffeine is no longer a need.

✨ Better Sleep: Falling asleep is easier, you’re staying asleep longer, and waking up refreshed.

✨ Clearer Skin: Those stubborn breakouts are becoming a thing of the past, and your complexion is glowing.

✨ Improved Strength: Your workouts are feeling easier, your endurance is growing, and you’re recovering faster.

✨ Mental Clarity: Brain fog is lifting, your focus is sharper, and your memory is improving.

✨ Balanced Moods: Less irritability, fewer mood swings, and a greater sense of calm and happiness.

Hi 👋🏽 I’m Alicia! If you don’t know me already, let me introduce myself— I’m a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner and PCOS holistic health coach. I’m passionate about helping women regain their confidence, energy, and hope for a brighter future for their mind, body & soul.

As a critical care nurse during the pandemic, I began to struggle with my mental health, energy levels, and acne. I started to dive into the world of integrative medicine my granddad introduced me to when he reversed his diabetes and treated Parkinson’s symptoms naturally.

Functional medicine is an endless pit of information, so many root causes, so many supplements— I was overwhelmed by protocols, but found that some of the most simple habits, when sustainably implemented into my routine, cleared my brain fog, settled my inflamed acne, and improved my sleep.

As a nurse practitioner, I have walked with many women in the same boat— not feeling like themselves, unsure of next steps, frustrated with being under- or over-informed, searching for sustainable solutions but often given bandaids instead.

Using concepts from family medicine, methods I learned from my own deep dive, and habits I implemented in my personal health journey, I have the unique opportunity to walk hand-in-hand with women struggling with acne, fatigue, stubborn weight, low mood, and irregular cycles toward holistic healing; providing accountability, personalized plans, and solutions tailored to YOUR goals, schedule, body, and home.

A few random facts about me⬇⬇⬇️️️

💐 I used to think cut flowers were a waste of money. Now I’m obsessed with arranging them and soaking up the joy that bright, fresh flowers bring to a room.

💍 My husband, Kyle, has been my biggest support in this journey & believes in me even more than I do myself some days. He is the best.

🐾 You can catch me most days taking our dogs, Beckett & Murray, on too many walks— more for myself than for them 🤪
