Dear Valued Patients and Friends of our practice,
I wanted to let you all in on some changes that are happening at the practice. As many of you know, I commute to the office which has grown over the years alongside my young family. After much thought and consideration regarding the balanced working-
parent life I strive to achieve, I have decided to pass the baton and transfer ownership of the office to a local dentist, Dr. Peter Kim. This was a difficult decision and I am so grateful for all the jokes, conversations and camaraderie we have shared over the
years. It was such a pleasure being able to take care of your oral health needs and you all welcomed me into the fold so generously.
I have spent time getting to know Dr. Kim over the past few months and have found him to be a kind, caring person with strong moral standards, who will serve your dental
needs with the same excellence and consideration that he would his own family.
Dr. Kim is an accomplished and established general dentist. He earned his DDS degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, and then completed a comprehensive general practice residency in New York City. Since then, Dr. Kim has gained valuable hands-on experience working with patients as an associate dentist, and continued to stay up to date with the latest technology and techniques available. Dr. Kim and his wife, Olivia, live with their cheerful little miniature poodle named Gaeul, and
are committed to fostering strong community ties. Dr. Kim takes great pride in establishing relationships with his patients and providing the highest quality care possible. He is dedicated to his craft and is excited to join the McKinney community.
You’ll be happy to know that our wonderful team will remain as familiar faces to the practice. They, along with Dr. Kim, are excited to continue providing you with excellent dental care for years to come. I will be working with Dr. Kim over the next few weeks to complete current cases and ensure a smooth transition.
It has been my privilege to be a part of the McKinney community, and I am truly honored to have cared for you and your families. I look forward to you meeting Dr. Kim at your next visit!
