Our community came alive as residents celebrated National Gardening Day with a hands-on outdoor gardening experience. Residents enjoyed planting vibrant, colorful flowers while also creating a fresh herb garden featuring parsley, basil, cilantro, dill, and a variety of other herbs.
Gardening is more than just a beautiful activity—it promotes physical movement, supports mental wellness, reduces stress, and encourages a sense of purpose and accomplishment. Spending time outdoors and connecting with nature also enhances mood and overall well-being, making this experience both meaningful and rewarding for our residents.
We are so proud of the joy, teamwork, and creativity that filled our garden, and we look forward to watching it grow together.
