She was doing everything “right.”
5am workouts. ✔️
Hitting the gym hard every single day. ✔️
Punishing herself for every bite she ate. ✔️
And the scale?
Didn’t. Move.
So she pushed harder.
More cardio. Heavier weights. Less rest.
