Today, we’re celebrating an incredible milestone for Vanessa! 🎉

First, the numbers speak for themselves. Vanessa has lost nearly 51 pounds and shed 47 inches! But that’s not all. Her energy levels have skyrocketed, and she’s enjoying better sleep than ever before. 💤✨

Beyond the physical transformation, Vanessa gained something even more valuable – knowledge. Thanks to the support and guidance, she’s learned how to make healthy choices no matter where life takes her—even on vacations! 🌴🥗

This week’s Recipe of the Week is Greek Ground Turkey Kabobs, and trust me, your taste buds are in for a Mediterranean treat! 🍢

Here’s how to whip up these irresistible kabobs:
Ingredients:
- 8 (12-inch) wooden skewers
- 1 package (16 oz) Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Serve with herbed cauliflower rice, grilled pita wedges, and cucumber-tomato-onion salad.
Garnish with fresh mint & parsley.

Instructions:
️1. Prep skewer magic: Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes.
2. Mix and shape: Combine turkey, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4-inch cylinders on skewers.
️3. Grill: Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, turning to get those mouthwatering grill marks. Internal temp? Hit 165°F for safety!
️4. Serve and enjoy: Pair with riced cauliflower, pita, and salad. Add garnish for extra flair.

Craving a guilt-free treat? 🍪

Dive into these SIMPLE SNICKERDOODLES from our Cookies That Eliminate Cravings! Master Class! They're low-carb, gluten-free, and oh-so-easy to make. Here's the recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth without compromising your goals!

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter (8 tbsp or 1/2 cup) - softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups blanched, fine almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 cup erythritol (or your granulated sweetener of choice) - separated into 3/4c and - 1/4c
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cinnamon - separated in half

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and ensure it’s fully heated. 🔥
2. Cream butter, egg, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
3. Sift together all remaining ingredients, except 1/4 cup sweetener and 1 tbsp cinnamon.
4. Mix dry ingredients into wet just until combined. Don’t over mix, or your cookies might fall flat!
5. Scoop dough into 2-3 inch balls, roll in the cinnamon-sweetener mixture, and place on a greased cookie sheet.
6. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes. 🍪
7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and set up.

Yield: 12 cookies (Serving size = 1 cookie).

Do you feel like your closet is full of "someday" clothes? You're not alone!

Pam knows the feeling all too well, but today, she's sharing some incredible news:

"I am super excited to be wearing a pair of jeans that I have not been able to wear in about 6 years! Even with my new, very busy, very active job working for myself in the estate sale business, I have been able to shed all the weight I was starting to slowly gain back… plus some, in just two months! I'm down to 140 pounds and feeling really good! I love not being in the chair all day! Joint pain and frequent headaches are also in the past!”

Craving the flavors of Greece? 🇬🇷 Fire up your grill and try this week’s : Chicken Souvlaki with creamy, homemade Tzatziki Sauce! 🍗✨

Ingredients:
For the Chicken Souvlaki:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Wooden/metal skewers (soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins)

For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated & squeezed to remove excess water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt

Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Marinade: Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss in the chicken to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2️⃣ Tzatziki Sauce: Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill (optional), olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Chill in the fridge until serving.
3️⃣ Skewer Time: Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
4️⃣ Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, oil lightly, and cook skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F).
5️⃣ Serve: Pair skewers with warm pita, fresh veggies, feta cheese, and a generous scoop of tzatziki.

Sweet, savory, and oh-so-simple to make—this Sweet Potato Casserole is a must-try! 🥔✨

Here’s how to whip up this week’s ! 👩‍🍳👇

Ingredients
Base
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- Stevia to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ tsp light salt
- 4 T butter, melted
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla

Topping
- 6 drops English Toffee Stevia
- 3 T butter, melted
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 pkg protein pretzels, crushed

Instructions
1️⃣ Mix sweet potatoes, stevia, eggs, salt, butter, milk, and vanilla. Spread evenly in a 1 ½-quart baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
2️⃣ For the topping, combine stevia and melted butter; mix in pecans and crushed pretzels. Sprinkle evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
3️⃣ Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes until the topping is golden and crispy.
