Check the text that went out yesterday so you can provide feedback as to the best days for me to schedule our group nutrition classes or leave a comment below.😇 List all choices that work for you and your friends. Choices are Tuesday or Thursday evenings starting either 630 or 7. Or Saturday mornings starting either 10 or 11 AM. Classes are 1.5-2 hours, include recipe samples, and a booklet.
